Dexter was an awesome father, loved his children dearly and will be missed. He was outgoing, positive and lived life to the fullest, always putting God first. He worked as a cook and is remembered by his family for his excellent meals. He is preceded in death by his two oldest brothers, Titus Stinson and Otis Thomas.ĭexter was a proud United States Navy Veteran.


He was born Octoin Batavia, to the late Harry and Ruth (Hatcher) Stinson.

Stinson, 48, of Rochester, was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
